Morning person? Ditch caffeine

New research shows that morning people are more likely to have sleep disruptions from their caffeine intake during the day than night owls. Whilst the findings are preliminary, it may be a useful trial for you to test whether your sleep disturbances are linked to your caffeine intake.

I am generally a morning person. I much prefer getting up at 5am and having the entire day stretch ahead of me than trying to finish my work in the wee hours of the morning. But lately, I have had horrible sleep, which I have been trying to combat with an increase in my coffee. Maybe a vicious cycle? I will try cutting out coffee to see how it works....

If anyone has tried this, please drop me a line!
